The design process of the proposed Iran Pavilion for Expo 2025 Osaka initiated with the formulation of three pivotal inquiries. The first inquiry pertained to conveying a more impactful message to the international community. The second focused on ensuring that the building harmoniously engages with the climate and contextual theme of Osaka’s exposition. Lastly, the third question aimed at strategizing Iran’s participation in the global arena with a view to contributing to the betterment of the world.In line with Iran’s rich cultural heritage, the decision was made to draw upon this heritage as a point of reference while amalgamating it with contemporary values. The resultant creation embodies a hybrid entity that seamlessly marries tradition with modern principles.
